WHAT IS THE PLAN

  • 6 weeks to tone up and get stronger than you’ve ever been before.

  • Learn to use dumbbells effectively at home and build a body you love.

  • 3 x 45 minute workouts per week with option to add extras if you wish. 

  • Full coaching provided throughout the challenge with weekly Q+As and Live Zoom sessions to keep you motivated and accountable all the way.

NEW: Upgrade for support with our Brand New One to One Coaching Packages available as "Bolt-On" for 6 weeks.

FAQ:

Do you need any equipment? 

A minimum of 2x pair of Dumbbells will be required to complete challenge and ideally a selection of weights varying from Light (1-4kg) to Heavy (5-10kg)  CLICK HERE TO VIEW OUR RECOMMENDATIONS ON AMAZON

Is the challenge suitable for beginners?

Some experience of strength training would be great but full coaching will be provided throughout 6 week challenge and option to upgrade to One to One Coaching will be available if required.

Why are workouts 45 minutes?

We have 100s of videos ranging from 6 minutes and upwards, yet this will be the FIRST Workout Plan that is dedicated to 45 minute Weights Workouts and we believe the best opportunity to really challenge your muscles and "Sculpt" your body the way you want it.
