What equipment do you need?
1 x SET OF LONG BANDS
(Picture 1 or 2)
1x SET OF LOOPED BANDS
(Picture 3 or 4)

How do you join?
The new 30 Day Workout Plan will be accessible on Club Website from Monday 13th July 2020 and you are free to follow along in your own time or Join Our Members Facebook Group for Support from Frank and your fellow members.
