Do you need any equipment?

Are our workouts suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! All our FWF Workouts include options for exercise rookies up to seasoned professionals (like Frank pretends to be)

What type of workouts will we do?

All daily workouts will range from 10 - 30 minutes duration and include a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength Training, Core and Froga (Frank-Style-Yoga) to give you the perfect balance of exercise.
